Ability to fulfill terms of the job offer
- T2 Schedule 100 Balance sheet information
- T2 Schedule 125 Income statement information
- T2042 Statement of farming activities
- T2125 Statement of business or professional activities
- T3010 Registered charity information return
- T4 or payroll records for a minimum of 6 weeks, if the temporary foreign worker already works for you.
Proof of providing a good or service
- Valid business license
- T4 Summary of remuneration paid
- PD7A Statement of account for current source deductions
Recruitment
Recruitment is the process of finding and selecting qualified employees. As part of the Temporary Foreign Worker Program requirements, employers must conduct recruitment efforts to hire Canadians and permanent residents before offering a job to a temporary foreign worker.
As a third-party representative, we will act on your behalf when seeking to use the Temporary Foreign Worker Program to hire a temporary foreign worker. We are authorized to advise you in the Labour Market Impact Assessment application process. However, we are NOT authorized to screen applicants, conduct interviews or make any decisions for you.
